PU Car Ramp Floor

Because of the high viscosity nature of polyurethane material, Polyurethane based anti-skid system is more durable compared with epoxy based anti-skid system. In our company, we offer two types of polyurethane anti-skid systems, which are Duty Deck and Navy Deck. 
 
Duty Deck is a system where different sizes of special stones are broadcasted into polyurethane based slurry. It is designed as a flexible binder for anti-skid treatment for Ro/Ro-ramp, road bridges, link pants, car ridgeway.

Navy Deck is a system specially designed for navy segment to meet strict requirements within this segment. The Navy Deck is highly worn resistant, shockproof and weather resistant. This system doesn’t require stone broadcasting and is only installed by roll-on. It is suitable for all outdoor decks, helipad, roro ramp where high anti-skid property is required.  

      

Both Duty Deck and Navy Deck systems are with IMO certified material.
